I bought a car from Noel back in October. Since then, I've had a number of issues with it that weren't disclosed to me. At first, Noel seemed like a really good and honest guy. However, after driving the car off the lot, I immediately started having issues and realized that I had been lied to about a number of things. For starters, I was told that the car was in excellent shape and that it was recently given a full inspection where everything was replaced and as good as new; I quickly realized how big of a lie that was. The transmission was shot and I had to have it replaced about 2 weeks after buying the car. Then, I took it in to get an oil change and they had to replace filters that had never been replaced before. I asked them to do an overall inspection to make sure that everything else was running okay given that the car has a significant amount of miles on it, where they told me that the lower control arm bushing was shot. I've put $3,000+ into this car after buying it for a price that it wasn't worth given everything that was wrong with it. When I relayed this information to Noel and asked if there was anything that we could do about the amount of money that I was now out of, he immediately became defensive and offended that I called him dishonest; he also didn't trust my word. After sending him the proof of paperwork that the car had a number of issues, he proceeded to tell me that I was getting ripped off by the people who inspected it. I took the car to 3 different dealerships and car shops for second and third opinions, on top of asking a friend that I know that I can trust, and they had the same things to say about the car and confirmed the damage almost immediately. Don't trust him, and don't trust this dealership. They are both incredibly dishonest. I've never seen worse customer service in my life.
I reached out to Noel... told him I need an SUV with a third row, I couldn’t be happier in my Kia Sorento. He was knowledgeable, accommodating & made sure I was happy with the end deal. If your looking for a vehicle, he is the man to contact!!!
I have bought many cars over the years and Winner Honda surpasses every other dealer!! The showroom is beautiful and immaculate. Every employee I had contact with was friendly and helpful!!! The employees really know their stuff!!! I never felt presssured to go beyond my budget. I got the exact vehicle I wanted that is perfect for me!!

I experienced a VERY easy transaction with the TEAM of Winner Autoworld. I called and set up a test drive time. As I live in Southern New Jersey, this was important to me, to ensure my time would not be squandered. I arrived, and was greeted (not pounced on, like some dealerships) I took the automobile out for a test drive and after a little negotiations I purchased the automobile. This was a very PAINLESS process. I have a couple of issues that need to be attended to, otherwise I would title the review a little differently. POOF will be in the pudding, and I will know beyond a shadow of a doubt in the coming weeks how much Winner cares about their customers. So far......So good.
Buying a car at Winner could not be easier! I told Jennifer Shaughnessy what my specifications were and she went to work finding me a car that would fit them! After visiting Winner once, my husband and I went to every other car dealer (really!) and Winner could not be beat in quality of merchandise AND quality of care! We were back the next day buying our car!
