I just purchased a new Ford F-150 XLT from Chenoweth Ford, my fifth vehicle purchase in a row. The folks at Chenoweth are great. I've never encountered a problem there, whether purchasing a new vehicle or doing maintenance. A special shout out to Tiffany, my salesperson, is great. You can't go wrong when you buy from Chenoweth Ford in Clarksburg, WV.
We're from PA and we were traveling on I-79 S through West Virginia on Wed. Sept. 4th, 2024. We were on our way to our log cabin vacation home in KY. Our Ford F-150 began having engine issues and kept shutting off while on the interstate. We were right near the Jane Lew exit when this began. We managed to get off the exit and head back north on I-79 and drove slowly to Chenoweth Ford while the engine issues continued. Luckily we were able to finally make it to the dealership. Everyone there at the automotive repair was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and SO kind!! They diagnosed the issue quickly, luckily had the part in stock and had us repaired and back on the road again in under 2 hours!! We we were so surprised at how quickly they did the repair, so very thankful and couldn't have been MORE PLEASED with their excellent service! What could have been a real disaster- possibly having to spend a night or two in a hotel room, needing a rental car, waiting for part/s, spending a lot more money and wasting time- ended up being not so bad after all because of Chenoweth Ford! My vehicle was at the body shop for several months and they always go above and beyond to make sure any and all repairs are not only up to their standards but to mine as well. I would never use another body shop They are they nest
Recently had my Kia Sorrento in for bodywork ( oct.2014) Sherri in the service dept. was wonderful and the work done was exceptional! Their prices are extremely reasonable and as a hard working person I appreciated this most of all!! As an aside ,The service dept. manager Jeff was very personable and it was nice to have initially been introduced to him!
The overall visit was OK however, after I bought the vehicle, I took it home to learn all the different accessories that the truck had. My main concern when buying the truck was fuel economy. The salesman did not provide any additional guidance on the vehicle unless I asked specifically. I had to learn how to put the step down on the tail gate and I didn't even know that it had power adjusting break and gas pedals until I started looking through the book. I still don't know what gears in the rear that it has, I believe 3.73? I ended up with the wrong set of extra keys. Also, the previous owners paperwork containing his personnel information was left in the truck. I blame that on him, however, I would think the dealership would take a little pride in protecting the customers information when detailing the vehicle.
