I Purchased a used car from this dealer a couple months ago. Had it shipped at my expense. It arrived with undisclosed cosmetic issues. I was also told it was being detailed and found french fries in the back seat along with general gunk in every space that would hold it. All of that is somewhat tollerable and not why I am writing this review. I typcally purchase used cars and rarely from my own state. I understand they will not be perfect when they show up. However, this car had frozen and pulsing rear breaks. I brought this up the second day of having the car and was told to get an estimate to repair. I did this at my cost and submitted. I was then told this would be taken care of mutiple times for almost two months now that a check was in the mail and tracking would be supplied. Needless to say this has not been taken care of and I as a customer should not have to chase a dealership to ensure a car they sold is safe and functioning in a normal way. I have bought many cars in the past and never lied to, certainly not outright and multiple times. I have never written a bad review before but I think if you have no recourse then this is what you have to do. Buyer beware with this dealer.
Kepich Ford has "the" best service department around. The hours are very convenient. If it's routine maintenance it's done quickly and professionally. If it's a more serious repair, Chuck and his crew give you full details on what is involved and what it will take to fix it. They also point out possible problems that may arise when doing their inspection. And they work on all brands, not just Ford products!
This is my first lease and third Escape. I couldn't decide if I wanted a new car or keep this one. Mike Dye was the salesman on all. Wouldn't ask anyone else to sell me a car. No pushing from him. He listens and waits until I finally make up my mind. I always end up with the right car with Mike. Thanks Mike
Great friendly staff listens to my cars problems and repairs them fast and properly to my satisfaction . I can always call on the service department when l have problem
This is the 9th vehicle I have purchased from Kepich Ford but the 1st one from salesman Mike Dye. Mike went above and beyond and worked the numbers on a number of trucks until we found the one that was just right for me. Then he worked with the service department and they were able to add mudflats, weather tech mats and a folding bed cover while I was with finance completing the paperwork. Mike worked major for me and I was in and out of the dealership quickly. Thanks again Mike, Chuck, and the entire service department. Roll on Blue Oval. I just love my Silver Spruce F-150 Crew Cab 4x4.
Great dealership to work with! Mike, our salesman, was the best! He listened to what we had to say and made it happen! He worked hard to get our car delivered. We could have gone to other Ford dealerships closer to our home but chose Kepich because of Mile D. And Pete’s reputation. Our first Ford - and love the Edge!
