Most dealerships I contacted weren't interested in spending time on a buyer who couldn't physically come into the showroom—including CarMax and even the dealers closest to me. Many refused to respond, and others wouldn't give me basic vehicle details. Troy Mundahl at BMW of Minnetonka was the complete opposite. He reached out incredibly fast with a personalized video of the car right after my initial inquiry. Because I was buying across the country completely sight unseen, I had a million questions about the vehicle's condition, the process, and the paperwork. Troy was completely transparent, got me the exact service history I needed, and even arranged to have wheel locks installed before the car was shipped. He went above and beyond to give me the peace of mind I needed to make such a huge purchase from thousands of miles away.
