I’ve always had great customer service at Wilde Subaru. Their new facility is comfortable and accommodating. The technicians explain their service and thoroughly.

I like most of the sales reps i’ve worked with, particularly Ryan Stetz. Service is mostly good, but occasionally basic service appointments can run 1-1.5 hours, although my most recent visit was only 45 minutes. I do get aggravated most of the time because the service people can’t resist moving my seat around, so it takes me a week to get it back to normal.

This new dealership place has a variety of sitting areas and is comfortable for waiting and provides snacks, drinks, and tv viewing which is very nice. The staff is polite, helpful and informative as always!
