Service has been great but last oil change took 2:15 which is way too long for a 20 min oil change. Appt was at 10 am and finally left at 12:10 pm. This is 2nd time it has taken this long. Normally, it's about an hour.

Wilde SUBARU is nicely located, and Eric Schaffer in-the service department is quite thorough pleasant to work with. and point out any needed. maintenance.

From the first time I entered Wilde Subaru, I felt welcome. My salesman was wonderful and we had real honest conversations. I love my Impreza - my first Subaru, although my husband is on his 3rd. My service rep, Amir, was actually fun to work with. Jenny, at the entrance, is always welcoming. I honestly do not dread coming in for service appointments like I did at other dealerships. It seems like your employees are well treated because they are pleasant, helpful and FUN. My favorite car of the 10 I’ve owned. I feel safe that I won’t be taken advantage.

Everyone there is very professional and thoughtful of the customers needs and wants. If you are waiting for your car, they have very comfortable seating in the showroom.
