I owned two previous cars before visiting Sarchione, and the customer service I received here was tremendously better than the other dealerships I've dealt with. No haggling about price, fair value trade in, and quick paperwork to finalize the deal. John was my salesman, and he did a wonderful job. Always treated us like welcome guests in a home, and he relayed our price concerns on behalf of his manager. Helped us secure a lower price and better deal. Dave walked us through the paperwork that had to be signed and also had a friendly and professional demeanor. Best car buying experience ever! Sarchione Ford provided exceptional customer service at every level. Staff was friendly. Pricing was fair. There was no haggling. They arranged for me to be picked up at the airport, as I was an out-of-town customer. The driver (Larry) arrived early and was such a nice man. Royce (salesman) was the consummate professional.
