Went on Tuesday to look at a car and loved it. David was awesome and helped with all my questions during the buying process. I had a great experience with the dealership.
Everyone at this dealership is friendly and helpful, from the time I purchased my new Santa Fe to all my service visits. I'm very happy with my Santa Fe, and plan to keep it for a while, but I'm sure my next vehicle will be from Hyundai of Mobile.
Princeton at this dealership is just a pleasure to work with! He helped me discover my options on cars and tried his best to work with me on my options. The dealership is also very clean and easy to navigate.
Hyundai of Mobile was the best! It was easy to schedule an appointment for maintenance service on my 2025 Pallisade. I talked with Kristal and she advised me that it was a little early for general maintenance according to my mileage. Brandon was my service advisor. He performed an oil change and checked the air pressure in my tires. They were very courteous and professional.
Everyone is friendly and they take care of my vehicle quickly and efficiently. great service.
I brought my car in for a recall. I dropped it off and my husband took me back home. About 45 minutes later I get a call that my car was ready. My husband took off from work to take me back to get my car. Only to be told that they had to order the parts. Now I have to take another day to bring the car back. Please make sure you have the parts before you make appointments.
