What Others Say

Fox Subaru is very good. My problem is with the display in the car. It reflects sun so it can't be read. Sunglasses have to be removed to read the buttons. You have to constantly move your eyes from the road to the display to make sure your fingers are on the right button or find the button. Trying to use the voice response is frustrating as it 'doesn't understand' and directs you to read from a list to pick what your choice is, once more moving eyes from the road. The old buttons and switches were much easier to use and didn't have to take eyes off the road nearly as much.

Fox Subaru again provided the most annoying experience. Brought my car in to have the AC recharged. It turned out to be a four-hour fiasco. They tore out every filter in the car, told me I needed more than $2000 in "necessary" repairs. Their nasty methods of "upsell" are not appreciated and I will NEVER return to this dealership for service. In the future I will drive to either Muskegon or Kalamazoo for service. Subaru of America will be hearing from me. This dealership is in need of serious customer service training and Subaru Service training on how to listen to what the customer wants, not what THEY, the dealership, wants to do to increase their service sales. Avoid FOX Subaru and any cost!

Dealership service is very expensive, no surprise. But then to be charged 3 percent more for using my credit card, is just gouging! Total pure greed at it's finest!

I can’t express enough the gratitude I have for the service department of this Subaru dealership. I live on the East side of the state and my service engine, eyesight, and temperature icons all came on suddenly. I saw their reviews and felt confident that this would be my first call for help. The first person I talked to listened and told me she would transfer me to someone who could help me. James answered the phone and said he and his team could help me today. Having no one to bring me over to dealership they offered to shuttle me back to my daughters so they could fix my car. I was hoping to get it back before I had to have it on Friday (5-17-24). Not only did that happen, they completed it plus some other things that I needed to have done…… on the same day! The facility is spotless and runs like a “well oiled machine”. The left hand definitely knows what the right hand is doing! To end this wonderful experience, they picked me up and brought me back to the dealership to retrieve my newly fixed car! Doug, my driver who picked me up was a true blessings and I enjoyed his company both ways!! I thought everyone at this facility was super nice and friendly! From the first phone call, to the entrance into the dealership, to the work that was performed, to the shuttle service, to the exit out, was done with such a professional and personal manner that left me GRATEFUL!!! Thank you all so much!! I truly appreciate all of you!!

Purchased a F350 from Aaron Dekema. Lots of lies and cover up. Not until after I had the truck delivered from Michigan to Louisiana did I find out that there were multiple covered up accidents both front and back and apparently the roof was very poorly repaired as well. None of these things were in the listing. Had to replace enormous amounts of rust over time that Aaron claimed were not there. Very dishonest place.

Look up Pam Bradley. You won't be sorry. She goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her.
