I’m writing sincerely so that anyone who comes across this dealership to not purchase their unreliable vehicles. I was lied to about my warranty, lied to about the condition of this vehicle, there was no compensation after ONLY 10 days of purchasing a vehicle from LEO and DAVID. They didn’t contact me for days after I initiated the situation. David also told me that the 15 days applies to me because I’d be traveling from out of state to purchase their vehicle. I told them i needed a reliable car to transport my newborn child which left us stranded on the side of the road. I came to do honest business with cash in hand and instead I got robbed and left with nothing thanks to them. YES nothing, because the car is NOTHING now, it was just fixed to sell to me. It was my fault though, I should’ve known when they were fixing up and tweaking the car after I test drove it. Please for all your sake go anywhere but here before you lose your money.

Hands down the best used car dealer in the Phoenix area. Just got our second vehicle from them. Their sales team and service team are awesome, they take great care of you. I will continue to be a returning customer. Will not buy a car anywhere else.

I've purchased 3 cars from these very honest and terrific guys. They aren't pushy when you're in the lot just to browse. I haven't had the best credit and I was approved. This is not a very good business. Bought a car from them and had a few different issues I noticed as soon as I drove it off the lot (always happens that way huh). I had brought up one issue before I bought it and they told me that it was a minor issue and if I just purchase a battery it would be fixed. I did and they were wrong. Anyways two days later my check engine light came on. I called in to tell them about hte light and the battery issue and the gentlman that sold me the car cursed me and told me he was done with me and handed me off to his boss. I talked to the man that runs the place and he told me to bring the car in and they would fix both issues. They would not give me a car to hold me over and I was without the car that I had just bought for over a week. When I got it back the check engine light came on as soon as I drove it off the lot and the other issue had not been fixed. They then told me that one issue they could not fix and that they needed to order a part for the other problem. Three months later I called about the part and they told me it was my fault for not calling them back. I brought the car in and we went back and forth on bringing the car in and getting it fixed for almost 8 months. Do not buy from these people!!!!

I was looking for a good used car and someone that would finance the car with no hassle. The problems I was having with other dealers concerned a poor credit score that was a result of returning a leased vehicle before the lease was up. I also did not have a large down payment to provide. I found the car I wanted at Consolidated and they were willing to carry the contract and work with me on the down payment and terms of the loan.
