xxxx poor customer service due to them wanting me to order my own tires and battery . I tried calling the service department but got no answer ALL Day.

Service department is great, sales manager will tell every lie possible, management will not return calls !

WOW..... WOW.... WOW..... AFTER worship service on Sunday My family suffered an automotive detriment and a three vehicle collision. Total loss. As knowing the integrity of the Cole Automotive family I took my needs to the sales team trumped by a sales manager. Setting in their peaceful office they comforted us with a cold beverage. The understanding of Cody ,Chris and Kevin receiving our needs automatically knew what to do. The team provided a tutorial of the benefits of our quality replacement Honda. In a very short time we are on our way home with smiles from ear to ear and excitement safety. Proficiently selling us a new vehicle without delay. ...BRAVO....BRAVO...BRAVO...

I set up an appointment with Barbara on a Thursday evening to test drive a car on Sunday afternoon with Kevin. I get a confirmation email soon after with the VIN# and Stock#. The day of the appointment I get another email making sure I was going to be there and I replied that I was En route. I show up and NO car! No Kevin! The sales person that I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about and tried to play it off like it was there, he just didn't know where. Right! Brian(?)(sales mgr, he says) comes out and asks me what the problem is...obviously he knows more than he says. I explain the problem(again) and he says the vehicle in question is in Asland, Ky. xxx!!! Why the xxxx is the car on your website and I was given an appointment to test drive it here!? They don't know and was going to "look into it". So who's going to pay for my time? I cut my business short in Ohio the day before to meet this appointment. They had two days to make sure this would go as planned and more than enough time to call me and tell me they didn't have the car! They said they would get back to me which they have not and the sad part is they won't. They don't care and I was ready to but right then! If you think these people care your in a fantasy world.

I had my 5000-mile service done on my 2019 CRV. Greg was very helpful, personable & professional, and I was in & out in under an hour. Service was great, and my car runs like a dream. (Of course! It’s a Honda.👏👍)

I had an appointment for a recall on my Honda. They were very prompt in getting started and my wait was only around 30 minutes. Also very friendly.
