Electrical on hybrids complicates diagnosis, but the ctew took time and found nothing wrong. Honest feedback and help at no cost. Yay!

First bad experience with this service department. Winter tire swap. Should have just walked away when informed the price went from $80 to $145 with the "shop fees" (a mobile tire tech is $150) but I was already there and I figured it would be quick with an appointment. Car not even taken into the bay until 2 hours of waiting, done after 3.5 hours. Returned with all tire pressures below spec and different pressures in different tires (spec is 38 all around), copious grease smeared all over wheels and tires, and again scuffing and scratches on all four wheels from the mounting equipment (notified service dept of this last time and nothing has changed). Unfortunately, will need to find someone else to buy tires from and do tire swaps in the future - the dealership used to be very competitive on pricing but no more, and the quality of work does not match Porsche dealership pricing structure.

Excellent service that completed the work within the estimated time. Representative was very knowledgeable and friendly.
