I had a disappointing experience working with Jayvon. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt pressured to make decisions before I was ready. Some details about the vehicle and pricing were not explained clearly, which made the buying process frustrating. Customer service is an important part of purchasing a car, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. I would recommend that future customers ask plenty of questions and carefully review all information before moving forward.
