Our experience with Heritage Toyota didn’t start out as well as we hoped, but that changed when Gabby stepped up to the plate and let us know the vehicle we were interested in had just become available and we immediately paid the deposit. She kept us informed with every step in the process until the vehicle arrived on the lot. She was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely reach out to her when we are ready to purchase another vehicle.

My main guy was Alec who worked with me to get me my Sienna. He is very knowledgeable, active and pleasant personality to deal with, not typical sales person rather very personable and friendly.
