Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had when buying a car. From one day having to worry if I was going to have a way to work to the next, I was talking to Mike about getting in a new car. He made the process extremely easy. Made sure he listened to what I was looking for, and got me into something I wanted that was within my budget without having to settle for a car! Huge shout out to you Mike!

I took my Escape in to Klaben service bc it was showing a notice that systems were shutting to save energy. Nate the service advisor told me they check it out and get back to me. Nate called and said my battery was bad and needed replaced. I said okay. Nate called back and said I had Gord Pass points I could apply to the cost of the battery. He asked if I wanted to use them and I said yes. He didn’t have to do that, but it shows how Klaben treats their customers. I will always go there to service my Escape and future cars.
