What Others Say

In my 40 years plus of purchasing vehicles, buying a car became my least favorite thing in life to do. My recent experience with Gary at Valley Ford has reinstalled my faith in humanity, specifically buying a car. Gary and the team at Valley Ford made the experience by far the best and least stressful experience I have ever had buying a car. Gary handled the sale with professionalism, class, and a keen sense for making his customer feel valued, all without the normal stress I have usually experienced buying cars. You all should be extremely proud of your team at Valley Ford of Huron, and rest assured, I will recommend friends and family come to your dealership, whenever they are shopping for a vehicle.

Had a great experience working with Justin and Valley Ford of Huron. Clear communication, kept me informed, easy to work with. Very upfront about pricing. I was treated well and felt good about the vehicle and the pricing. Highly recommend!

Service manager was awesome anddd by took care of me the same day! Salesman Chad was great to

Customer service was good. I felt Nick was really looking out for my best interest and gave me the pros and cons for each situation - and let me to make my decision based off of those variables and not necessarily what would benefit him the most. The only complaint I have was with the condition of the dealership facilities. It definitely gave off an old, slightly rundown vibe. The front desk sales person was working off of what appeared to be a fold up table. Although I had a good experience, I could see that environment making somebody feel a little uneasy buying a new vehicle.

Bought a F450. Never had to go to the dealership. Had it all done over text & calls. All went well.
