I came back after leasing from a Jeep dealer. Everyone at Abraham is very professional and helpful. As my dealings with the Jeep dealer was terrible. Scott was the sales rep. and he was fantastic and very knowledgeable.

This was my first time owning an Escape and I had a number of questions. The sales rep, Aaron, was extremely patient with me and took the time to explore all of my questions with answers that showed his knowledge of Ford's newest technology.

Nick Pinardo was the BEST ! Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and also had the right questions to help guide my Wife and myself through the auto selection process to just the right new car. Then very helpful in teaching us the features and setting up our phones and preferences. Our closing agent was very helpful too. Thanks for everything !

First off, Eric Groesser is/was my Ford Agent, and he is fantastic. Does whatever he can for you, extremely trustworthy, and also very quick/efficient to get things done. He makes himself available to take care of whatever you need. Again, trustworthy as they come. Personally, I never thought I would own Ford cars/trucks, but we are now a Ford Family as I know I will always be taken care of. Donna in Finance was excellent, as well.

My wife and I always enjoying with David who became our sales agent after Rose retired. We have been dealing with Elyria Ford for over 25 years and don't plan on going anywhere else. Kyle was awesome too. Our maintenance team of Todd and Brian are awesome and so is Donna, Finance Mgr. We also enjoy seeing and speaking with Mr. Nick.
