Go see Alex G! Run don't walk. Alex did not rush me. Took his time to answer every question. Did not upsell me nor sway me to make a different decision than what I wanted. He did not change numbers or use sales pitches. I made my own decision and felt I could have left without a car without being pushed. Turns out I got the car that I want with the numbers that I was already fully aware of. Alex made the process simple and continually asked if I understood and needed or wanted anything. I will refer him for sure!!! A+++ service We will definitely be back.

When other MB dealers fall "very" short, especially Miami, MB of N. Palm Beach has always come through for me. 2nd to none customer service especially Ariel Lopez and the entire management team. They are a class act!!!

Should you think "Mercedes Me" will help you - forget it. Waited 2 and 1/2 hours and they never showed up. It is a totally sham service. We had to finally call the police in Palm Beach to rescue us when our 2021 Mercedes AMG 63 totally locked us out of the car. Allowed me to open the back door to throw in my purse (cell and $) and then totally LOCKED UP. No one from the Mercedes Me. or the dealership (North Palm Beach) could/would help us.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. Over the weekend, I entered into an agreement to purchase a vehicle at full list price with no financing or modifications needed from MCB of North Palm Beach. When I called in this morning to complete the transaction and wire funds, the dealer told me that they'd decided to show a local client before letting me close the agreement which is a big no-no when someone has already committed to buying a vehicle. The car sales manager was aggressive and rude and said they only wanted local business and I felt discriminated against throughout the process as they made multiple references to me not being "a local" which is of no significance when buying a car. The GM Paul was very aggressive and condescending and used me as a bargaining chip to bring in a local customer vs. honoring a deal in place. AVOID this dealership, they are unethical, use shady tactics and do not honor business agreements made.
