The dealership was able to get my parts in time and scheduled me for a time that would work for me and completed the work on schedule. I wish things didn’t cost so much but to get the work done timely and correctly the first time is important to me.
The staff at Sheridan Ford are very friendly. My last service appointment was faster than I anticipated, and did not have to wait very long.
There was confusion about the service and how long it would take so John made sure I had a loner car so I could get back and forth to work while they took care of my software update. He kept me informed the whole time of progress and completion and made sure I could still pick my car up after service hours!
Everything was very smooth, clean, nice place. Really enjoyed Nate. Finance manager was also very helpful.
Sheridan, ford would I like best about shared in ford?Is the lifetime oil change membership?Makes it easy and convenient and feel like.I save a lot of money having that membership! The service manager Dwayne and John. The service rep are 2 great guys every time I come in there. They call me by my first name as if we're family and I really appreciate that. They make you feel comfortable from the second. You walk in the door till the time you leave, you walk out with the feeling of you were told the truth about any repairs on your vehicle. And they were doing it in a reasonable price, not overcharging, like some places, do To really not. Thanks, guys. So they make the whole car repair experience. Rewarding, and I appreciate that. While you know, it can be hectic, waiting for your car to have whatever service you're getting done. But they keep the waiting area clean It's a positive experience as positives as it can be.Getting your car worked on you understand okay, thank you be blessed
They are true to their words. I have been coming there for maintenance on my car and have not been let down yet. I brought my car there 8 years ago. ..., and it still runs like it is brand new. 141, 000 miles later :)
