Met with mike Burnett he along with Anna went over everything, we agreed on a very fair price and I feel good about the way I was treated.

The salesman Aaron was very knowledgeable and great to work with. We love our new Kia and after several days still love it. Finance took way too long. I disliked the initial "sit-down" interrogation while still in the showroom (that should have been handled in the manager's office once finance was completed), and the place is a dump. According to the manager Barnett has owned this property for years, It's time to invest some $$ in remodeling the service area especially in making it conducive to customers waiting for their cars . The sitting area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It could be bigger, with up-to date amenities, drinks, coffee (bad coffee no cups), and snacks (would be afraid to eat the popcorn as the area was filthy), charging stations, etc. and an area specifically for children as well. We purchased the oil change package but I don't see myself wanting to wait or be in the service area at all! If Barnett wants to sell more cars they should invest in their building! 1st impressions are important!

Our salesman was excellent at his job. He explained every detail very well and he worked with us to get the color of vehicle we wanted that was not in stock.

As we entered the dealership Ken, the salesman met us at the door. Ken took excellent care of us. He was so funny! I chose the alien green Kia Soul which I named "Scotty". Before driving off in this awesome vehicle we took pictures with Ken and the hamster. The warranty is unbeatable. We were able to get a low interest loan with comfortable payments.

This dealership blew it out of the park for us! After driving through horrible July 4th weekend traffic to go find us the perfect car for us,we found a friendly,helpful dealership and the perfect car for us. We had a great experience and would and have recommended them to friends and family!

I want to share my experience with everybody that I know regarding the service that I received From Kia dealer on HWY 61 last Friday 2/10/2017. where I went to change the oil on my car and then I asked the staff to rotate the tires for me and they told me it costs just $24.99,I accepted this cost . after a while the service staff member came to me and told that two wheel Studs were breaking by the service staff during the rotation process, and you have to pay $70 extra to change the broken studs or you will drive your car with a front wheel that has only three wheel studs.!!!!! I told the staff there this is not fair, your staff who breaking the wheel studs, so why I have to pay for that???!!!!! I believe this is not fair treatment from a dealer to his customers, I will not deal with this dealer anymore, and I will tell my story to all friends and relatives about the bad way of treating customers.
