I used to be a dedicated customer, until their Office Manager had an affair with my friend's husband. If this is the type of "customer service" they provide, ladies I suggest you leave your husband at home if you go there to buy a car or have your vehicle serviced. It says a lot about their dealership, the character of the people they hire and their lack of business ethics if this is the type of people they hire. They lost a loyal customer, along with several other potential customers due to their lack of ethics, integrity and trust. Employees sleeping with married customers is a bad look for the whole business. Taking my business elsewhere instead of dealing with trash.
Frank in the service departent is off-putting and the service department busted my F150 sunroof. They tried to say the motor and track were broken, but I had just opened and closed it successfully prior to the drop off. I needed a seal replaced on the sunroof and simply asked for a quote. Instead they called to tell me it's $5400 and I have to replace it because they can't put it back together. xxx - they are terrible and you should RUN as fast as you can to another dealership. Ken Ball (General Manger) is as nasty as the service manager and crew.
I had a major issue in the sales department. After buying a truck that they told me they would fix after the purchase, I found out it was just the salesmans way of closing the deal with no intention of honoring their word. After talking to some friends, I found out that their service department recently charged for services they did not perform. Again, no intent to honor their mistake. Seems like a bad dealer with no motive to please the customer.
I have purchased my 2013 F-150 from Havana Ford and have taken it to get serviced there for the past 2 years, including several minor warranty repairs or troubleshooting. The customer-centered approach and hospitality that I have encountered with the staff there (Mike, Ben, Mark) is the key reason that I choose to keep coming back. Tallahassee Ford is a 35 minutes closer to my house, but I would rather drive to Havana and know that my issues will be listened to, heard, and acted upon.
Was having motor trouble. Their recommendation to fix the problem not only did not work, but 3 days later it caused significant motor damage that ended up costing me another $8,000. I would steer clear of Havana Ford!
