What Others Say

I was very happy with my Ford 2022 F150. The sales and parts staff were very friendly. My main issue was an added item that was not included on the online price. It was almost a deal breaker. It did take a very long time to complete the purchase. It was the best deal I found online.

Had a great experience with my financing process for my car Bob was knowledgeable. Have any questions about financing he explained everything to Me. Recommended Chiefland Ford

Found a corporate sale add on the truck I was wanting that was 5000.00 less than what had been discussed on the phone. Had an agreed amount for my trade-in. Bob immediately started cutting my trade value, saying he wasn’t making enough. Finally made my purchase, lowered the value of my trade by 1000.00. But I think he still got even, 800.00 for nitrogen in the tires that I didn’t ask for. another 484.00 vehicle appearance, 886.00 for permanent plate he says they spray on all used vehicles, 685.00 ReCon what ever that is. 884.00 predelivery service charge, 184.00 registration fee, 65.00 doc stamp fees, 402.00 title registration fees, 209.00 private tag agency fee and 5030.00 for a 10000 mile extended warranty. So with an original difference of 8875.00 between trade the new truck. I was out the door financing 18782.83. I think Bob made his cut back and then some. Avoid Bob!

Matt Maupin showed me a 19 Ford F150 that I was able to trade out of my Nissan Altima. I didn't think we could get it done, but Bob in finance worked hard to get it into my budget. If you're looking a people that will work for you see these guys at Chiefland Ford.

I got a great deal & 0% for 84 months on my new Ford Ranger at Chiefland Ford. Cantrell showed me different options with rebates & different rates, but it made more sense for me to use the 0% since i keep my vehicles until the wheels come off.
