Champion and David Ivey have taken care of me for years. They always provide great service and are people of integrity! Thank you to David Ivey and Champion CDJR. They will continue to get my business in the future. I am a Chrysler retiree who could get employee pricing anywhere. However, I choose to do business at Champion due to the way they treat me.
Worst Jeep dealership I have ever dealt with. Bought a 2020 Gladiator. Wrote a poor review after a terrible closing. I was to get 4 free oil changes with purchase. Had the oil changed today. They would not honor the oil change agreement. Penny wise dollar foolish. If you want to be lied to, taken advantage of, and back slap with a bunch of hillbillies, this is your dealership.
The worst dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from!!! Customer service ends when they get their money! I bought a $75k truck from them. They lost one of the key fobs to it and said they would call when they found it. 2 months later I had to call them. They set up an appointment for me to come in during the week to program a new fob. So I took the morning off of work thinking it would be really quick. I sat outside in the heat for 3.5 hours only for them to tell me that they don’t have a fob for my vehicle. They had 2 weeks to make sure they had the right one!! Then the key guy said they would call me and come to my work to get it taken care of. That was 2 months ago and still no call. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! You have been warned! Update !! After 10 more calls and a couple more months I finally got an appointment to take my vehicle in for a new fob. I showed up to only find out that they didn’t have my appointment scheduled. They told me they may have one and I handed them the key and waited. I waited for 2.5 hours for them to take me that they don’t have a fob for my vehicle. I was fuming because I have lost more $ by taking off of work than a new fob would have cost me out of pocket. They then called me a few days later and said they have a key blank ……. I said it’s supposed to be a fob. The lady said oh ….. well let me check and see if it’s a fob and we will call you back. Guess what ……NO CALL. That was approximately a month ago. I have now owned my vehicle for almost a year now and no fob from these fools !!! I have never dealt with suck pathetic people in my entire life.
The Chevy Rebates right now are fantastic.Our Sales Rep (Terry) is very knowledgeable & honest. No stress at this dealership. (And I should know as my family owned dealerships). Champion treated us like family. We're retired military & live on a strict budget. Terry, the Sales Manager and Dan in the Finance office understood what we needed and made it happen.
I don't even know where to start......this sales and service staff is the best in the business!! These folks go out of their way to make a deal work, even with a pain in the butt customer - I can be difficult sometimes. Having purchased two trucks from this crew, I believe I can safely say this is my dealership of choice, and you should do the same!! If you find a better deal on your trade and the vehicle you want......buy it.....but good luck with that!!
This can only be explained at the best car deal I have ever been a part of. These guys went to lengths that no dealer from Birmingham to Tennessee would even consider. I looked at trucks at dealerships with the biggest names and truck volumes in North Alabama, but none of them could see customer over profit. I came into this deal with some serious budget constraints that frankly would be a nightmare for any dealership. These guys put some car dealing skills coupled with a level of customer service I have never seen, and made a great deal for me and the young couple that was able to buy my trade in. Everybody got an awesome deal, Champion made two very satisfied customers, and life is great. Sheldon (Sales Manager) is a master at the keyboard, Terry and Chad did a fantastic job finding the truck I needed and keeping the deal going, and Dan (Finance) got me to the payment I needed and made the dreaded "paper process" quick and painless. Mr. Beck can be very proud of his team and I can't thank these guys enough.
