They are fast and courteous got me in earlier then we set up for and got me out in a timely manner The only thing I don’t like about my Ford Escape is the brakes they are very noisy backing up and they grab but they say ford hasn’t sent out a recall yet so I’m wondering what ford is waiting for the dealership did their part

Always have my truck ready for pickup on time. Fast friendly, clean but not everyone takes mask wearing serious.
