The entire buying process was straight forward, unhurried and pressure free. I wasn't "lowballed' on my trade-in and the new car was fairly priced. I would the sales representative with no reservations.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, gameless, and made the entire car-buying experience easy.
Signing in took a little longer than I thought it should . Customer lounge was ok, pricing for service performed was fair

It started with Jason Jackson…as the others, he wanted to help us. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, he made us very comfortable. I had met Roberto about 5 weeks ago, ON A SUNDAY, moving cars in the parking lot. I had a ton of questions, and he stopped to answer every one! That’s when I knew this is where we would look at our next vehicle. Wjhen we returned after 5 weeks, he knew EXACTLY who I was and that II came there in a Nissan Sentra. Most dealerships don’t have an employee like that. Everyone there is looking to help you anyway they can! I will be certain to give them the best rating with my friends looking to buy a new vehicle! Please let the whole group of people who helped us get our new Solterra that we are delighted with it, and appreciated everything each one did to make that happen! This is the Model that every dealership should be! Thank you all SO MUCH!
