This is a great dealership. I have been helping a local animal rescue organization buy a Ford Transit 350 passenger van. They need this vehicle to transport rescued animals to adoption events all over the state of Missouri. The people at Ulrich have been unbelievably friendly and helpful over the phone, trying to help us put together exactly the van we need. While we were waiting for information on a van they had for sale, another appeared in Platte City, Mo. We bought the van from Platte City, but it was one of the worst experiences of my life; I could not recommend that dealership to anyone, as the people who work there lack honor and honesty. A representative from Ulrich called one day after we had bought the van from Platte City with an offer that was far superior to the one we bought; I wish the timing had been different. I would have preferred to buy from Ulrich, and I am sure the experience would have been far more pleasant. Dealers like Ulrich Ford deserve to be rewarded for their honesty and customer relations. The next time we buy, we will drive to Pella.

Great dealership experience! I really enjoyed working with the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the dealership. From the greeting at the front desk, to the salesperson, sales manager, and finance manager, everyone was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I wasn't able to afford the level of vehicle I really wanted, but in a year or two when I'm ready I know I'm definitely going to shop at Ulrich Ford. Until then, I'll keep bringing my vehicle in for service there!
