I got a 2013 Cadillac EXT . It WAS everything they said and better .I drove from GA. with my trade in . When I got there everything was ready and they were Detailing it . All paperwork was ready to sign. Everyone was very nice . Allen was the best fiance man I have worked with and I know because I have bought a lot of cars .If you need A nice truck they have some of the best on the lot . So if you have to drive a 1000 miles you wont be disappointed The service was the best.Service after the sale was great .

I was close to buying a VW online from them 10/21 but after getting a bunch of xx attitude from the "manager" after I asked perfectly reasonable questions about the car's condition I decided otherwise. These guys apparently won't lift a finger to win a customer, total opposite of other places I've dealt with. The arrogance and lack of customer service leave a lot to be desired. I can only hope the owner of this lot contacts me to get my opinion, they need new employees.

I tried to buy a truck from this dealer and ran into all of the problems the rest of the negative reviews have listed. Could not even get addition information on the truck I was interested in. My first phone call was abruptly transferred when I started asking for additional information. The second phone call was brief with a promise to call back-never called back. Third phone call call sales manager, rude, loud, aggressive, and not willing to even walk out and examine the outside of the truck for defects seeing that it had been in 2 "minor" accidents. To bad I liked the truck. I think you are asking for trouble buying from this company.

I recently bought a $40,000 truck from them. They showed me the car fax and acknowledged it had been in a minor wreck without frame damage in which the airbags were deployed. However, they stated it had been fixed. He looked me in my eyes and told me everything was fixed. Within one day of driving it off the lot the airbag sensor was beeping. I took it to the Chevy dealership and they said it had been jimmied with a non-Chevy part and that it would cost over $1k to fix. I alerted D N motors of this and he told me we bought the car “as is”. He took no responsibility for the possibility of causing serious if not fatal damage to me and my family. He even laughed! Pure evil. We will never trust them again.

I purchased my new truck from Adam and he was the utmost professional I had dealt with all week!! he took his time with me, showed me 4 to 5 trucks, it was raining, but he never once complained or looked perturbed. I will be back for my son's truck soon! Thanks, DN Motor Cars, You Rock!!! Sean M.
