Sammy Williams took care of me when I entered the service center. While others were there and I could see all were busy he spoke up to say they would be with me. To me just acknowledging I was seen went a long way. He told me approximately the time he could get me out was close to what he said.

Was please with the sales Sergio Bustos. He listened to my vehicle request and during all stages of the pricing negotiations to arrive at successful deal in a little over 1 hour total (incl test drive). I am well-pleased with the pricing received.
Always honest quality service and sales departments. Service writers and salespeople are always polite and professional. Car service is completed accurately and on-time as promised. Any issues have been resolved first-time with no rework needed. Highly recommend this dealership.
Enjoyed the help from the salesman Bruce, friendly and down to earth. Kept me inform during the process. Just overall satisfied with his help with the vehicle. However, wasn't to thrill with the financial side. Wasn't informed during that process until the end that credit was approved or if there was any issue. This was found out after receiving emails and letters from the different companies that ran credit checks. That's why I rated a 4 out of 5. Overall satisfied. Thanks again to Mr. Bruce Bennett for his outgoing service. So, if you are looking for good used vehicle seek out Bruce.
Shane the service advisor was super helpful in the servicing of my 2016 Frontier. Couldn't have gotten anyone more professional! The initial service was for a part to be added to the vehicle. The part didn't match the vehicle and Shane informed me and stay on top of it till the right part became available. It took a few days and Shane stayed in contact until it came in through out the servicing. Will request him if anything else is needed. Thxs again Shane! Ray
