Always friendly and very helpful. They always get you lots of information about your car and what options on any repairs or replacements
Well it's been 3 weeks and I still have not got my release letter they was supposed to fix the fender on my truck and it's still not fixed I have got no calls or nothing let me know when it's going to happen

I bought my F150 at Bo’s in 2017. Their service department is efficient and thorough. Service Writers are friendly and competent.
