Called for an oil change and tire rotation. It was scheduled for the next day. In before the scheduled time, and out a half hour later. I really appreciate a quick service time! One minor issue: I asked if a new Ford Pass Rewards program was coming (their relationship with FNBO was no longer), and I was directed to a flyer at the parts desk. Turns out it was an old flyer for a defunct program. I was sad. I suggest the dealership remove the flyer and lean on Ford to get a new program going.

The service for my Chrysler Pacifica was excellent and the installation of a new camera took exactly as long as they said it would take. The service manager was excellent and the staff members were very friendly. The waiting room was also very comfortable.
