We bought a car from this place 3 weeks the engine blew they replaced it with a junk yard engine that lasted less than a week at this point they said it was our problem we would have to pay for it! Wow what a joke! But we got the last laugh! Stay away from this place!

Good quality vehicles easy from start to finish process. I would recommend by Ryder to others in the future. Carl was very helpful at the broadway location. I’m very satisfied thanks again

This the worst place you can go get a car from these people are some real bows they sell and Ragley cars try to make it think everything is all good they know to Cuz raggedy they sell a water damage cars that’s against the law and lemon lemon law I’m going to look it up and get the information for a lemon law call these people need to be stopped they need to be Sue from taking people‘s money and then they go all round Insert goes they won’t let you speak to A higher upper because they know dumb people would get down to the bottom of it don’t ever buy a new car from JD by rider know where in the world I’ve never seen such there’s some straight up rip xxxxx but it won’t be long before they go bankruptcy because was going to happen somebody gonna get hurt in one of the vehicles and then their family going to sue the xxxx out of them because they know better

I wish I could give them no stars. My son had problems with his previous car so we thought going to byrider in bedford heights ohio would be a good idea. It was not the jeep patriot cut off on my son the next day after driving it. He took it back to byrider to be told that he was driving it on sport mode. The next week it cut off on him on the highway. He took it to the dealership for them to tell him that they would fix it. After a few days we were told to come and pick the jeep up. They told us they drove it 50 miles and it did not cut off. The next day it cut off again on the highway. They have had to vehicle now for 3 weeks. I called the BBB and they told them they have been in communications with me since the vehicle has been there which is a lie. My son is 18 and he is working and trying to further his education which has been an inconvenience to us. They provide $35 Uber vouchers that we still have to add money to and we have to call every day to get one UBER per day. Nobody has called me about the process of the part being delayed. Nobody has called me about anything related to this jeep. They have very poor customer service and they act like you did something wrong. I would say run away from this place and don't look back.

Worst experience ever! I don’t recommend anyone to waste they’re time and go here! Jd byrider in Bedford, i went Rebecca asked for all my information as soon as she talked to the finance company here comes the issues , they called my job to confirm employment my job told them I was FULL time and they thought they heard seasonal.. also we sent several documents of my job and how much I make just for them to turn me down and say I don’t make enough and I was $30 off or short .. which was still weird because I work as an independent contractor I work under a 1099 and I don’t have taxes taken out of my checks so you would think I would get approved for a car. Rebecca seemed very confused and she didn’t know what she was doing. I woke up at 9am to see if I would be approved talking to them over the phone all day just for them to turn me down at 4pm. Worst experience ever. Don’t do business with them.
