UPDATE Im on SSD from 2 back surgery's and 3 neck surgery's I finally saved enough money to get the AC checked as it did not work. I bought it in December so I could not tell. And they told me the AC works, As it went threw our multi point inspection. I all ready had to have the front struts and rear autoride shocks and upper and lower ball joints Repaired. As the steering wheel would shack An this cost me $1100.00 for that repair. Which I was told was all inspected and in working order. Now the repair shop called and said the rear AC albumin line has a hole in it and there is no Freon in the system. And the repair will be $1248.00 DO NOT TRUST ANY ONE AT THIS DEALER THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. And dont buy there extended warranty as they would not cover this as they said it was a preexisting problem just like the suspension

I had always wanted car buying to be easy and in my past experience it has never been. Things changed when I pulled up and spoke with the owner and sales team at Signature Ford of Perry. They were helpful, honest, and didn't pressure me for a second. It was hands down the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. Very dissatisfied with the way my problem was handled considering I paid asking price for truck and 3 days later the airbags fell out of truck. Advertised as tow ready clean 1 owner F350, I traded in my truck and still paid over $2000.00 difference. Airbags had a lifetime warranty, which Signature put in, but service guy says not against rust! Well then why wasn't it caught on the famous 21 point inspection?? False advertising and unwillingness to correct problem without charging me full replacement cost!! Says he was making me a deal, must think I'm stupid!! Lost a customer and they don't care, well word of mouth can be great at getting the point across!! Should be called Stealership instead of dealership.

Signature Ford Service Department did me so wrong that I can't even find the words to say. I had a truck that was in need of repair, leaking oil and no heat. The truck did not run, so I entrusted, Signature ford to diagnois the problem. They came back with a bad coil and spark plug and said it needed a starter. Missfire on cylinder 4. they repaid the coil and spark plug and said it cleared all codes and they test drove it said it has lots of power. I told them the truck was leaking oil to please check and advise. they came back with it needed a new head gasket, oil level indicator, starter motor, tensioner, EGR valve, hose assembly, tube assembly a guide, tensioner- timing chain, chain -timing,arm timing chain tensioner, tensioner timing belt, thermostat assembly, air cleaner, bolts nuts studs, tension pulley, Oil was found to be leaking from the right RH cylinder head near the left rear corner oil leaking out and onto the starter. I said go ahead and make the repairs to the truck. From the day I took it in until the day I got it back was 1 and 1/2 months and I invested $4773.31 in the vehicle they assured me that the truck was ready for another 100,000 miles. when I received the vehicle back one of the coil packs was zip tied to the engine, came back with a broken overhead intake manifold (which they did repair). Now 2 months after I get it back the truck is burning 4 quarts of oil every 3 weeks and when it was leaking oil before they fixed it the truck never leaked that much oil in an entire year!!!! they also lost a magnetic business sign from the side of my truck that still has not been replaced even through it was promised that it would be. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Crooks!!!! I am not sure if the reason I was treated this way is because I am Hispanic. I didn't realize that this dealership was so desperate to make a dime....I still ended up with no heat!!! I took the truck to La Fountaine Ford which I would recommend to anyone, they fixed my heat!!!
