Purchased a used van from Moser Ford and after I got home the check engine light came on so I gave them a call. After scheduling service they checked it out and it was a bad O2 sensor and also had sway bar bushing issues. They repaired it all at no cost to me which I thought was surprising since I already drove it off the lot. The entire dealership is top notch friendly and knowledgeable and no how to treat customers. I finally found a dealership that knows how to treat customers. TY I will refer people to your dealership.

I was passing through town with my baby and my check engine light came on, so I stopped in hoping they could help me get back on the road as I was 4 hours from home. Every person I came into contact with was extremely professional and hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and even brought my daughter snacks and offered to let us borrow a car to go get some breakfast. They had us back on the road in about an hour. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Even though I live in Chicago, I will still be checking the inventory at this dealership before I purchase anywhere else.
