I have repeatedly requested that these people remove my name and address from their JUNK mailing list. I will NEVER go back to this dealer or any Gurley Leep dealer EVER!! they have no respect for a simple request to not be harassed!
Went in for a car wash. Car looks amazing and Bill Stanage was a big help. Ended up getting a few scratches buffed out and it looks so much better. Definitely recommend going to the South Bend Gurley Leep on Ireland road!
Service for steering repair Ford F350 Super Duty. Charged over $4000. When putting the front tires back on, they did not tighten the lug nuts. Next day drove at highway speed over the SkyWay 180 feet above ground. At my destination, traveling at 20 mph the front left tire fell off destroying the entire hub assembly and wheel well. Another $3300 repair. Could have rolled and died with my daughter in the car. Service manager Mike Campbell and technician M. Spahn and ownership of Gurley Leep Ford....no response to my calls and messages. Beware of this dealership. No ethics and no morals. Kasey Ham is by far the best salesman on staff! So kind with a great personality. I will always go back to him and the sales staff.
We can't say enough wonderful things about the SOUTHSIDE location only and their understanding of treating customers with respect. Weston Payne and Brian Ducharme and their HUGE efforts to locate us the car we wanted, a fair price, and went over and above in a pandemic. We will be back, as the above was not the case for most of our visits. As you know, many dealers are advertising one price online, and then adding $3,000-$5,000 when you arrive and it feels unethical and awful - This did not happen at this location, AND, they gave a fair price for our vehicle quote.
Our purchase of a used non- Ford product became involved. We had great help and understanding by all . and ended with a satisfying experience. Would be quick to recommend GL Ford and Lincoln.
