This is my fifth vehicle purchase from Hines Park Ford and they have always been great to work with. Hines Park even managed to win over my wife on her purchase and that was not an easy task given her previous poor experiences at other dealers. I don't know if I'm supposed to name drop in this review but Constantin, my salesperson is truly a credit to the car sales / automotive industry. His knowledge of the vehicles he's selling goes well beyond the normal basic information you get as an industry norm from car sales people. I realize I may be different than the average car buyer in the amount of research I do on vehicles prior to ever setting foot in the dealership to look at one in person which makes it all the more refreshing to speak with someone who has done his research and can contribute more to my decision making process than the basic taking a copy of my license, handing me the keys for a test drive and asking me "how did it drive" when I get back. Hines Park Ford has earned my business because their sales approach goes beyond the aesthetics of the car or truck, I don't need a car salesman to tell me how good the GTD or the Darkhorse Mustang are, I think the cars tell the story for themselves. What I do need to know is that my F350 can pull my 17,000lbs trailer, the type of range I can expect to get, and what my options are to fit my specific needs in a vehicle, whether those needs require factory options or aftermarket options and assist me in completing the upfit of my truck.
