Customer Service often isn’t like it used to be- One of the exceptions is Taylor Ford. I don’t write very many reviews, but I really feel the need to share my experience. I went to several Dealerships before landing at Taylor Ford. Everyone there is so friendly! They will go out of their way to help you. We have a fantastic salesperson-Andrea Merrihew. Perry in Finance has been wonderful to work with. We’ve met several people in the Service Dept who went above and beyond to assist with any issues or maintenance. And last but certainly not least- Charlene Vines is Phenomenal! She made sure we had a rental when needed. She was so kind to us! I’m so grateful for such a positive experience. We have purchased our last 3 vehicles there-and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! They truly treat you like family.
Great customer service. Andy went over and above to get my new bronco. I’ve gotten my last four cars from him. I highly recommend the dealership. The service department is top-notch.
