Service Advisor Robert Head helped me get my 2024 Ram Tradesman in and out with precision. Fuel Filter and Water Separator Filter Replaced. Usually about a 60 minute task. Robert and Service Techs got me in and out in under 45 minutes late in the day after I was off from work. I was headed to McCall from Utah on a trip last week and had truck problems. I stopped into this dealership as my truck is a Ford and they are a Ford dealership. Lindsay Walcker in the service department was AMAZING, helpful and a calming influence at the time. She was able to quasi diagnose the problem, was hospitable and suggestive with solutions and made "vehicle problems" less problematic. The other people on the staff that I interacted with were great as well. Great service staff from my experience!
