I went in to look at some new Mavericks and immediately felt a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships. I met with Chai and we went and looked at a 2025 Maverick we had talked about on the phone. I did like it but there happened to be another one on the lot that just came in. We looked at and I wanted it. Chai is very honest, professional and knowledgeable. After purchasing the Maverick he took me around so I would be familiar with the service area etc. I highly recommend Phil long Ford and especially Chai.
Mark is an excellent salesman, he listens to what you are looking for and sticks with it. The process at Phil Long is as stream lined as a dealership can get.
Frida is an amazing sales and leasing specialist. She really helped me find the ideal Ford Bronco. She was able to answer all my questions about the sales process, taxes, financing, and features of the vehicle. I came in looking to test drive a couple vehicles and while I was out on my test drive, she was proactive and started looking at other Broncos on the lot that I might like. She even went the extra mile to help me set up my Ford Pass app after the sale which I never would have been able to figure out. She will show you around the dealership and make sure you have everything you need and speaks very highly of the dealership. She is very responsive, professional, and easy to follow up with.
