Leo was wonderful from start to finish! He communicated well and even drove to the Springs to get the car I wanted to see. He made it as seemless as possible and is even helping to arrange an appointment for pinstripe removal for me after the sale!
My 2019 F250 quit while driving through the tunnel on I70. Had a trailer attached and an elk in the back. I was on my way to NY State. Ford Pass contacted several closer dealerships about my situation and I was told it would be 2 weeks to one month before they could look at it. I called Phil Long service and spoke with Don. He told me to get it there and they would take a look at it. Don connected me to the sales department and they prepared a list of F250 and F350 vehicles in stock and after realizing my F250 was going to take a week to repair I purchased a new F350 and was back on the road within 4 hours of breaking down. I can honestly say that this was the best dealership wide experience ever. So much so that today, one year later, I am calling them from NY State to purchase another vehicle from them.
