I have been doing business with Bill Hartman here at Jim True for over 30 years!! It was Bauer Ford way back then, but, it has always been a great place with great people. I have always received top notch service. They have become just like family and they are always if you have any questions. Go in and see them, and just ask for Bill!!

I specially ordered a 2017 Ford Raptor from Jim and waited 6 months for it to come in. This truck was the biggest pile of junk I’ve ever owned. I tried to get Jim to do something about it including getting Ford involved but all Jim would do is lie, jerk me around and ignore me. Jim was supposed to be a family friend and we had purchased several vehicles from him over the years. We will never make that mistake again!!!
