Alfred always does a great job of ensuring the sales process at 5-Star Ford in NRH is smooth and easy. Even before you arrive he's got everything lined up and ready to go. When the sale is done, he's there to show you all the various functions of your new vehicle and get everything connected and operational. If you need to come in for service, he steps in again to ensure a great customer experience. I've purchased 4 vehicles from Alfred (3 new, 1 used) and I'll be back for #5 and beyond.
