I always get a fair deal at 5 Star Ford. This is the 4th truck Alfred sold me and my 5th from 5 Star Ford. I will be getting my service done there as long as I live in DFW. I know from past experience that they will get it done right and get it done fast.
Very easy process with Mario. I conducted the transaction from out of state and Mario had everything ready for me when I got there. He answered all of my questions and provided information throughout the buying process.

Let me start with Lewis Bass who took my call to Five Star Ford. Told him I was thinking about Bronco versus my old Honda CRV. HE ANSWERED all my questions and I called back over a week later and set up an appointment. He met with my husband and me and had chosen the Outer Banks for me to test drive. PERFECT—it worked for me!!! Emmanuel went with me on my test drive and guided me through Finance Manager, David Hill Sr., was so easy to work with and Bob and I appreciate that.
