So far my experience has been good. I am looking forward to meeting them in person, they have answered all my questions, and they didn't pad the price with needless dealer fees that other places wanted to charge. I hope they are true to their word, and the car I picked out has no issues, and all is as well with this car as my last one.
DANNY made my experience here great!!! My car was going to be in the shop for a few days and I needed a temporary vehicle. All of Ford's happened to be out, so Danny spent a good 20+ minutes on the phone calling all around trying to find me a vehicle I could drive for a few days at a good price. He went absolutely above and beyond. In the end, Ford got one of their own returned and I got to drive it for free. Also, I see another comment here from someone upset that Ford didn't fill their tires with air. All you have to do is ask. I did, and they took care of all of that free of charge for me. They also did very nice cleaning and detailing that I didn't even ask for (and of course was not charged for). I won't go anywhere else for my car maintenance.
Had appointment last week for an oil change and maintain an a recall on my Ford Explorer needless to say they didn’t even check the air pressure in my tires and fill them! still getting the run around on the recall a week later. They were supposed to pick it up my suv this morning at 10 o’clock needless to say I just got a phone call canceling because they don’t have a loaner once again and when they rescheduled it for today they guaranteed that they would have a loaner back by today. I understand things come up but you should notify the customers at least the day before and not wait to cancel at the last minute. The need for the loaner vehicle is my suv has to be there over 24 hours. Not very happy with Ford service!! But I guess that’s what I get I went from Cadillac with A-1 service to Ford Lincoln with horrible service on my Ford Explorer and my husbands Lincoln.
Ordered 2021 F150 in early Oct - no info no vin still at mid Dec 2021 - Classic Ford dealer in mentor appears inept poor communications and poor customer svc - they tell u to go to Ford - then u call Ford and they tell u Classic dealer should be handling - just a pathetic circular run around - go elsewhere save time
Service Department leaves much to be desired. Had front struts replaced on F150 and had to take truck to different repair facility to redo work. I would never again take my truck there.
Great experience. KYLE FISHER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HELP ME FELL COMFORTABLE ON MY DECISION. I will recommend anyone to this employee. Top of the line service.
