Took my 2016 CX5 in for rear break issues. They listened to what I was explaining and addressed the issue. Upon further inspection they also found a broken rear coil spring, The inspection was all done vi a video walk around showing the exact problem areas.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I never have issues with any concerns I might have.
