I had an amazing experience at Napleton thanks to Joshua! My warranty company was giving me a hard time, refusing to approve something that was clearly covered. Joshua went above and beyond, contacting them multiple times and making sure everything got straightened out. He genuinely worked to get me what I needed, rather than just brushing it off. His dedication and persistence made all the difference. If you ever need help at Napleton, Joshua is the guy to go to! Highly recommend.

Debe el equipo de servicio coordinar ellos mismos las citas para poder acomodar los clientes según sus necesidades.
Mandy my service advisor was amazing. The dealership itself is OK I have had multiple issues with them previously, but this visit was much better. The organization and attention to detail with Mandy was great. She went out of her way to help me and ensure my car was done quickly. I was having issues with some thing covered under my extended warranty but a diagnostic test usually at least a 2 to 3 day turnaround time was needed first . She heard my concerns and genuinely cared. She did everything in her power to help me and ensure my car was back to me ASAP. I hope she stays for a while because I am considering keeping my oil changes through the dealership instead of my local shop. Thank you, Mandy!
Raphael from teh service department was very professional and very attentive to my questions. He took care of me like in and out also very well poised and explains and knows what he is talking about when it comes for services.
