Best car buying experience ever! I am a new resident on the island and when I came to the dealership for a vehicle, I was welcomed and treated better than ever. I worked with Kristen Rinz and she was the greatest! She listened to my past experiences and we spoke of my past purchases from other Ford dealers on the mainland. After a short time she said, " let me bring something to you I think you will like" She brought out my F150 Lightning and I was blown away! After test driving the vehicle, I immediately knew I was taking it home. Kristen was attentive and caring of my needs. Once all the paperwork was done, she could have moved on to another customer. I am very happy with my car and I was happy with my sales person Kristen Riza. Kristen knew the unique features of my/new used car and was able to share them with me. She was also pretty good in communicating my wants and putting together the car deal. This is my second purchase from this dealership and I would also recommend Kristen to help me with my third.

In spite of the interminable time it always takes to close a deal, Josh bent over backwards to get us everything we asked for. The delivery to Molokai went well and we now have our Jeep and look forward to enjoying the new ride.
