What Others Say

I was charged $300 for them to put on a gas cap, and EVEN my service representative thought it was OUTRAGEOUS! David Villalobos, the manager, refused to charge lower than what is reasonably appropriate through his discretion after hearing multiple requests. I would understand if this led to a repair to lock the service in, but it is unnecessary for my case. At a time when people are struggling and heading toward the holidays, any sound of discretion, understanding, and compassion helps. From my observation of this case, this manager and dealership have a culture of prioritizing profit over its customers. I will no longer buy or take my vehicle here from a business with such cultural practices. Instead, I will take it to Roseville, where the diagnostics are much cheaper and account for the travel.

Thrilled with the Ford maintenance! My car runs great. Friendly service, highly recommend, the staff are friendly and professional.

Taking my pickup truck in for service, they caused my 'check engine' light to stay on after I picked it up, and then they wanted to charge me for plugging in a fault code checker to see what the issue was. Terrible attitude from the service person.

Bought a certified pre owed car 2 weeks ago. Already in the shop for repairs. HORRIBLE customer service in sales department. While we were doing the paperwork to buy someone in the service department dented the driver door on and left red paint chips on the WHITE car. Then proceeded to try to tell me that it was already there. It was ABSOLUTELY not. Owner was less than helpful getting our car fixed. And was also told there was a recall out on the motor AFTER it was bought. DO NOT EVER BUY HERE!! Service does not get worse!

This was the worst possible experience imaginable - they lie and are incompetent. 5 weeks ago, my husband went in person to custom build a truck. We went through the process, signed, and left a deposit. Then, we heard nothing. I texted and was told the truck was ordered. Then, I heard nothing again. I called and asked to talk to a manager who called me back and again confirmed that the truck was ordered. The sales person even called a couple days later to apologize for the lack of communication. He assured me it was ordered and they were just waiting on an expected build date to reach out. Fast forward a few more weeks and I get a text that they need me to sign and return papers (which I did in office when we were there). I review docs and the cost has gone up $250. Not a big deal, but I was curious why. Isent my original copy and the comparison to their new doc. He couldn't give me an answer about the increase other than "it might be...". Several emails and phone calls later, I ask the manager to call me. He calls and I am told the price went up the day after my order was placed and I have to sign the increased price. At this point, I ask if my truck was ever ordered like they said it was and am told no. The issue honestly isn't the $250, but the lies and wasting of time (if they called me immediately and explained it would've been an easy revision). I asked if they would waive the $250 and they refused to even waive the $250 for the 5 week delay and inconvenience. (Mind you, this is a $74k truck). They said several customers are having the same problem and there's nothing they can do to help and I can go somewhere else if I want. So I picked up my deposit check and paperwork. I called Auburn Ford and shared my situation. They were able to take the order and complete it over the phone. I even received an email from Ford that the order was processed. Shame on you, Geweke Ford for wasting my time and lying to me. Auburn, thank you for coming to the rescue!

When i first started going here for my oil change and service it was great, everyone is friendly and out going. Still are but I believe they are over booking the service department, when it takes 5 to 6 hours for a oil change and tire rotation something is wrong. Had a appointment today at 9:30 and was told cause they are short staff and I believe that, but your car won't be taken in till 12:00 is wrong to make you wait that long and then probably another 2 to 3 hours after that. If you are short staffed then maybe try not to schedule so many customers at one time. Or at least give me a courtesy call and reschedule as I drove an hour to make my appointment
