Staff and service great but price was too expensive especially on labor charges so I probably won’t go back unless have a coupon.
I had an excellent experience. Walked in and asked about a specific vehicle I had seen online - without any hesitation, they looked at my trade-in, gave me a fair price, matched a competitor's discount and made a deal in less than 30 minutes. No pressure, no hassles, no haggling, just told them what I wanted and they made it happen. Was a fair deal for both and closed in short order. Very happy with the experience and would recommend this dealer over ones in a bigger city.
Nick is the absolute best! Driving the car all the way from Chattanooga to deliver the car. Sees that he means really serious business! I’d recommend him to anyone buying a car!
