This car buying experience was the best we have ever had by far! I normally get headaches car shopping, but this was so relaxed, I was stress free. David Watts was wonderful. He was honest, helpful, not pushy, and didn’t give us a bunch of fluff or sales pitches. He actively looked for cars online or in the lot that fit our exact description, and when one came in, it felt like we were the first ones notified. He was attentive to our trade in options, and clear cut on the costs. Never once was he annoyed with our requests. What a hard worker! Then we get to the actual buying of the vehicle. Again, usually another headache. Rick Garcia was wonderful! Very personable, understanding, and like David, went the extra mile and hours to make our time crunch happen. He was knowledgeable about the paperwork, spent time explaining in lay mans terms and never rushed us or was annoyed. Duval has a special duo with these guys and I know they will benefit Duval and anyone who comes to see them! Thank you, gentlemen!
