On our initial visit, he was very helpful during the test drive and explained all the features of the vehicle thoroughly. On the day of the purchase, Luciano stepped in while David was out, and he was also very friendly, helpful and professional. He helped us run numbers, provided detailed information about the car, and worked with us patiently to discuss our trade and find the best way to reach our goal.

I've been dealing with Subaru Superstore of Chandler since moving to AZ in 2019 and have been impressed with their Service Department from day one. It was time to replace my 2017 Subaru Forester so I was very comfortable with the idea of buying from them. I've purchased about 30 cars, new and used over the last 60 years, and one of my brothers was GM for a variety of foreign and domestic automobile dealerships for his entire adult life, so I have a good feel for a quality dealership when it comes time to buy a car. Charlie Webb and Brandon Witz made the entire process seamless when it came time to buy a new 2025 Forester, and I'm confident the Service Department will continue to provide the excellent service they have in the past.
